On Kevin Lymans comments

“I mean over the course of the tour and hearing about it so much, I felt like that kind of drama tarnishes metal. I feel that the genre does a good job staying away from that petty sort of matter. I grew up listening to Slayer. We grew up on Metallica and these sort of bands and they are deserving of respect and reverence. With that it was disrespectful to say those things. I don’t know Kevin Lyman has also treated us kinda all so I’m not going to go and start flinging trash.”

On losing Chris Rubey and the impact on the band.

“I mean its scary, especially with him having such a big role with everything, but as soon as we started writing and bringing in Kyle in, it really smoothed over. Sometimes I think one door closes and an even better door opens. It challenged us, especially Mike and I to take a more Aggressive role in writing and John our Keyboard player to take a more active role”

On the new album and where they are at in the process.

“Next year, I think the Record will be out before the end of 2016. Were taking our time writing so I think maybe studio around the spring, and then after that its not my say. I think it will definitely be next year. The first writing went really well and i think that we will be out in some vacant land writing phase two in December or January or both.”
