Chiara Pucci scored her second collegiate goal in the ninth minute, assisted by sophomore Lily Camacho. Despite the Pirates' ability to maintain pressure on Princeton, the Tigers maintained composure and were able to convert a chance of their own to knot the game up at one apiece by halftime. The game would go on to be a tough physical loss for the Pirates.
