Garren interviews Gerard about the problems surrounding The commute in the North River Tunnels.The Age of the infrastructure of the tunnels and how there are multiple lines built over different periods in time with many of the lines have been shoehorned together. The tunnels are at max capacity with older technology that hasn’t been replaced.
