“We wanted to make sure the series spanned the broad spectrum of metal, this way there is something for everyone who attends,” said WSOU promotions director, Ryan Stetz. “The metal, hardcore and punk scene has a loyal following in New York and New Jersey and we wanted a concert series that rewards fans for the dedication to the music.”

In addition to presenting the shows, WSOU will be extensively highlighting the bands leading up to their respective shows in the takeover by with special features during regular rotation, along with giving away product from select bands in the Gramercy Metal Takeover.

WSOU will also be giving one winner the Ultimate WSOU Experience by letting him or her attend all shows in the series along with a guest.

The Gramercy Theatre is located at 127 East 23rd Street in New York City. More information about the shows can be found here.
