WSOU Exclusive Interview: Felix Martin

Here's an exclusive interview with Felix Martin! Tommy asked him when he learned to play the guitar, rocking a 14 string guitar, touring this year, and more!

On playing a 14 string guitar:

"I tried to play two guitars at the same time. I felt that like, if I played two guitars I would have more options: more chords, more techniques... So what I did with the 14 string guitar is that I put two 7 string guitars at the same time, two in one... When you play two guitars at the same time, it's like another instrument... It's like a new world of guitars with new chords and melody techniques and solo techniques."

On playing in Texas:

"I'm from Venezuela... I like it hear because of the Mexican roots you know, the Mexican side. It's because it reminds me to my roots. I'm Venezuelan, and Venezuelan-Mexican it's still Latinos, so there's that influence. There's still that influence... There are good people everywhere!"
