Who will be a top performer in Week six?

Date: October 11, 2019

Running back Aaron Jones, receiver Will Fuller and receiver D.J. Chark Jr. all had their best outings of the season last Sunday. The Texans put up 53 points on the Atlanta Falcons and Fuller was quarterback Deshaun Watson’s go-to target, catching 217 yards and three touchdowns.

Jones became the first player in NFL history to rush for four touchdowns against the Dallas Cowboys, and Chark hauled in 164 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to the Panthers. That said, which players will lead fantasy teams to wins in Week six?

The Baltimore Ravens face the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend, who have allowed at least one rushing touchdown in every game this year. The Bengals currently rank second in rushing yards allowed and second in rushing touchdowns allowed.

Running back Mark Ingram exploded for 103 rushing yards, 32 receiving yards and three touchdowns three weeks ago against the Kansas City Chiefs. Ingram should be utilized heavily in this matchup as he plays on third downs, inside the red zone and on the goal-line. In this home matchup against the Bengals, Ingram and the Ravens offense will look to bounce back after a shaky performance against the Steelers.

The Carolina Panthers and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head off to London this weekend for the second NFL game in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Second-year receiver D.J. Moore continued his breakout season catching six receptions for 91 yards last Sunday in a win against the Jaguars. Moore had his best fantasy game of the season against the Buccaneers in Week two, catching nine passes for 89 yards.

Through five games, the Buccaneers have allowed the most receiving yards to receivers and the fourth-most fantasy points per game to receivers. The Panthers lost their Week two matchup against the Buccaneers and will look to even up the season series, and Moore could have a huge day as a result of that.

The Washington Redskins recently fired their head coach Jay Gruden and offensive coordinator Kevin O’Connell will take over the play-calling for the foreseeable future. O’Connell recently told Redskins beat writer Craig Hoffman that he “envisions the Redskins as a running team.”

Lucky for O’Connell, the Redskins face the Miami Dolphins coming off their bye week. No team has allowed more fantasy points to the running back position than the Dolphins this year and Washington running backs Chris Thompson and Adrian Peterson could be in store for huge games.

Rookie quarterback Kyler Murray has not thrown a touchdown in his last two games. That could change this week though, as the Cardinals have a home matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have allowed the second most passing touchdowns through five games and just last week, allowed Texans quarterback Watson to throw for 426 yards and five touchdowns. Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald should also have a big day.

He is the only Cardinals receiver to catch a touchdown from Murray this season and the Falcons have given up the most fantasy points to receivers in the league this year. This should be a high-scoring game. The Cardinals are the only team in the league without an interception and although Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan leads the league in interceptions thrown, this should be his cleanest game of the year. Expect a ton of fantasy points to come from this game in Week six.
