New Music 9/28

Date: September 28, 2015

Here's the new music for the week:

Deafheaven - Luna
Deafheaven has absolutely blown up over the last couple years, and this album has gone in a much heavier direction than anyone expected. Seriously check this out, it was going to be hard for them to top Sunbather's popularity but I think they will with this release.
RIYL: So Hideous, Downfall of Gaia, Wolves in the Throne Room

Fit For an Autopsy - Saltwound

FFAA have been an NJ death metal staple for a while now, and their popularity only increased with Will Putney, thier guitarist, producing literally every record possible. This album is much more progressive and technical than they've done before.
RIYL: Thy Art is Muder, Lorna Shore, Molotov Solution

For Today - Forced into the Fire
Probably the most outwardly Christian band in metalcore. THey signed to Nuclear Blast Records for this, which is different for the band, but it'll probably have a broader reach than ever before.
RIYL: Fit for a King, We Came as Romans, War of Ages

Kylesa - Moving Day
Kylesa have been one of the biggest bands in the sludge metal/rock front since they became a band in the early 2000s, and gained a cult following really quickly. This sounds exactly how you'd expect from a Kylesa record.
RIYL: Baroness, Atlas Moth, The Sword

Audiotopsy - Headshot

A band featuring members of Mudvayne and Skrape., that sounds a lot like what you'd expect. It really channels Mudvayne in its feel even though its a different singer.
RIYL: Mudvayne, Hellyeah, Mushroomhead

If you see something you like, request it! Call or text, 973-761-9768 and we'll take your request. We want to play what you want to hear!
