Max on his interests between music and film

"I would never have to make a decision between the two. Music is my main thing. I plan on doing some videos and stuff for Next to None. I've done a lyric video for the song “You Are Not Me”. And I plan on doing some videos and stuff to help out the band, so maybe just combining the two. But I would never choose film over the band."

Mike on producing his sons album.

"Well it was an amazing experience. For me it brought back memories of doing my first album with Dream Theater back in 88, almost 30 years ago. So it’s a weird sense of Deja Vu, but I couldn’t be prouder. You know, with everything I’ve done in my career, its funny, some of the proudest moments of my entire career have nothing to do with me. They’ve had to do with some of the things I’ve seen Max do. Whether they be in the studio making their first album, or watching him live on stage or touring. It’s such an amazing feeling of pride as a father to see stuff like that."
